Artists are automatically added as editors to their Art Blocks project's OpenSea collection. Collection access is based on the wallet address used to create each collection (the same wallet listed in the ‘artist address field’ in the backend of your Art Blocks project). Artists cannot adjust royalty information or payment token options. To maintain consistent branding across OpenSeas AB collections, collection banner images will revert to Art Blocks’ default image if adjusted.

The following are OpenSea fields you can adjust:

• Logo image

  This image will be used for navigation and should be a mint or a branded logo from your project. OpenSea accepts GIFs as logo images, so this can also be animated. Recommended size: 350 x 350 pixels.

• Featured image

  This image will be used for featuring your collection on the homepage, category pages, or other promotional areas of OpenSea. This should be a mint from your project or a branded logo for your project. OpenSea accepts GIFs as featured images, so this can also be animated.

  Recommended size: 600 x 400 pixels.

• Banner image

  This field cannot be altered by artists and will always revert to Art Blocks’ default banner. This is to maintain consistency across Art Blocks collections on OpenSea.

• Project description

  We ask that you do not change your project description. Project descriptions currently match the descriptions entered in your Art Blocks project shells. To maintain consistency between Art Blocks and OpenSea, please continue to use the same project description.

• Social connections

  • Twitter (optional): Add your Twitter handle to your collection
  • Links: Personal website: this link should be to your Art Blocks project. This is important for maintaining a connection to your collection page on Art Blocks. Please do not link to your personal website.
  • Discord (optional): If you have a personal discord server, include the link here. You can also link to Art Blocks’ Discord server by adding /artblocks
  • Instagram handle (optional): Add your Instagram handle
  • Medium handle (optional): Add your Medium handle
  • Telegram handle (optional): Add your Telegram handle

• Display theme (padded/contained/covered)

  For consistency across OpenSea collections, please leave this as ‘contained.’

• Toggling attribute-based collection

  Allow collectors to make collection offers based on a specific attribute. You may turn this on if you’d like once your collection is sold out or once your attributes are finalized and won’t change in the future.
